Photo of Glove Hollow Xmas Tree Farm
Glove Hollow Xmas Tree Farm

Here Brian Dame's bright colored CP caboose along with 19 others, spends a weekend at the Glove Hollow Tree Farm in Bridgewater, NH. This caboose has the distinction of being the first caboose over the MBTA Newburyport Commuter Line while on lease to the "T". It saw many work trains on the recent extension from Ipswich, MA up to Newburyport while another identical CP Caboose was being refurbished for the MBTA at the Lincoln NH. Shops. In December the caboose owners will stop briefly to retrieve their chosen trees before completing their last trip of the year.
